MW= 34.2 kDa. Full length nsp5 (main protease, 3CLp, 3CL-PRO, 3C-like proteinase) from SARS-CoV-2, expressed in E. coli. The protein consists in residues 1-306 (NCBI reference sequence YP_009725301.1). Four additional residues, GSHM, are present at the N-term of the protein.
