Protein loading buffer from Giotto Biotech is a high-performance solvent for loading protein sample onto electrophoresis gels. Best performances are obtained with Tris-glycine SDS-page gels. Protein loading buffer can also be used with other gel pages. Protein loading buffers quickly drives your protein sample into the gel well reducing the possibility of cross contamination between adjacent wells. The loading buffer drives the proteins inside the well and also work as tracker of the electrophoresis run since it quickly migrates to the positive electrode.
Protein bands will result sharp and well resolved. Best performance are obtained when the gel is Stained with PROBLUE SAFE STAIN Lemon scented (Cod. G00PB001) or PROBLUE SAFE STAIN (cod. G00PB002).
